I'm Tara Rood, registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist.  I worked as the diabetes program coordinator in a hospital diabetes outpatient clinic for 10 years.

In 2021 I started my own virtual private practice so I could customize education and provide increased accountability to help patients reach their health and diabetes goals.
